VIONNET

Madeleine Vionnet founded her fashion house in 1912. Originally, she became known for her innovative approach to designing and her ability to balance experimentation with elegance. 70 years after the Vionnet house was closed down, it was relaunched by Matteo Marzotto. Today, Vionnet is known as being the inventor of the bias cut, and for the expert draping used in her gowns.
