MAKING A PURCHASE

Parlour X will use its best efforts to notify you, that you are the successful purchaser and provide you with an Order Confirmation. You must have a current email address and it is your responsibility to review this notification. However, even if you do not receive the Order Confirmation you are still responsible for the completion of the transaction.

We may not accept your order if an item is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment or if we identify a product or pricing error.

Purchases made are for personal use only and must not be resold or used for commercial benefit.

We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time and at our sole discretion.

SALE PRICE POLICY

Parlour X has more merchandise available from each collection in store. Prices of merchandise may differ online and in store. Sale prices of select parlourx.com.au merchandise may differ from Parlour X store prices. The returns policy for online product is different to our store policy. There are no returns on sale merchandise online or in-store. When product goes on sale there is no adjustments to prior purchases online or in-store.

Sale merchandise may differ online and in store. No adjustments to prior purchases. Sale prices at parlourx.com.au already reflect reductions. Sale prices of select parlourx.com.au merchandise may differ from Parlour X store prices. There are no returns on sale merchandise.
