Procedure Policy
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange within 10 days from the date of purchase.
Please notify us by email at shop@parlourx.com.au within 24 hours of your receiving your purchase & the return must be received within 7 days of the notification email.
Once we have received the returned item and have ensured the product is in new and unused condition with the designer garment tags attached in its original position, we will either dispatch a new item or arrange a refund.
Returns
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and
will be sent back to the customer.
Parlour X strongly recommends you return your item registered mail such
as Express Post or registered courier such as Fedex, UPS, DHL or TNT so
your package can be tracked. Parlour X will not take responsibility for
any packages which we do not receive at our end if no tracking system
was used.
Exchange
Customers will be charged additional delivery fees for exchanges.
Refunds
Items must be sent back immediately to be eligible for a refund. Nationally, any items approved for refund but returned after 3 days will receive a credit only. Internationally, any items approved for refund but returned after 7 days will receive a credit only.
All sales of 'sale items' are final with no returns offered.
