Rates and Time-frame

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.  For purchases made within Australia your order will be shipped with TNT within 1-3 working days.  Our delivery charge within Australia is $20.  Free shipping for orders over $300, within Australia. For deliveries to Europe, USA, UK and Asia-Pacific customers will be charged $50 for shipments made by TNT, and delivery should take approximately 3-5 working days.                                          

If you wish to track your shipment please email us at shop@parlourx.com.au and we can either track the shipment for you or we can email you a tracking number which can be used on the TNT website.   Delivery timeframes are approximate and should your delivery not be made within the timeframe specified we will make every effort to notify you and to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible.  

Please note you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are determined once your shipment reaches your country.  You may be required to pay additional customs clearance charges which Parlour X are not responsible for.   In addition orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays which are beyond our control.  

If you chose to refuse a shipment from Parlour X you are responsible for the original shipping charges, duties, taxes and /or customs charges incurred.
