Corto Moltedo

Gabriele Corto Moltedo's childhood was spent learning about the family business (Bottega Veneta) of making beautifully crafted bags. He launched his first collection in 2004. Moltedo has a unique approach to designing bags. He designs clothes as a backdrop to his bag collection in order to create a complete universe.  This allows the bags and his philosophy of modern, aggressive glamour and fun, combined with craftsmanship, to be better understood.
