DESIGNER DREAM
Always impeccably dressed - usually in high-end designer shades of black and white- Eva Galambos uses jewellery to create interest. "I'll wear hard edged clothes and offset them with jewells that soften my look- that's ususally where the colour in my outfit comes from." Mixing old with new, her collection is a combination of treasured gifts and purchases; on her wrist, antique-rose-gold bangles are in perfect harmony with a Cartier watch, a hermes bangle and a bracelet from Tiffany and Co. "Clothes can be transient from season to season, but I'm a sentimental collector when it comes to my jewels,' she says.
Galambos owns the deigner store Parlour X in Sydney's Paddington and Shop X in North Bondi.
